Logitec Usb3.0

I had the wheel working for the most part. The only thing originally wrong with it was the force feedback. But I was still able to use the wheel.

After 12 hours of trying to fix it I must have messed something up because now the wheel doesn't work at all. I think it has to do something with my drivers. Can someone help me diagnose this issue? My wheel will not respond. Below is my tech support with Logitech. Operating System / Device Platform: Windows 10 anniversary Force Feedback is not working on Forza Horizon 3, Project Cars, or F1 2015 Windows 10 Anniversary PC.

I am receiving 'powered steering' / 'auto center' but zero feedback from the road. Running over bumps in any game generates no feedback. Firmware downloaded and installed to wheel. Newest LGS software installed. Settings are correct in game. (Getting FFB with Thrustmaster T150 on all these games with the same game settings). I keep reading 'check LGS settings' on forums and such but there are no FFB settings in LGS only auto center and steering sensitivity.

I played around with those settings anyway yet sti nothing. Do I have a defective product or is the product defective? Apparently a lot of people have the same issues and some claim the only way they can get the wheel FFB to work is to play as a console peasant or play codemaster games. I alt+tab to adjust the degrees of rotation. I then alt+tab back into the game and the wheel stopped working. I restated the game and it worked again. Seems like there is an issue with Windows drivers or something.

I can send u my PC specs if you need them. But basically I am running an i7 4000k 980ti 16gb ram at 1600mz Alienware laptop. Windows is 100% up-to-date with anniversary and nvidia drivers are up to date as well. My wheel is no longer automatically calibrating when plugged into the PC. The only think working is the pedals shifter and buttons. The wheel only registers 100% or 0%. I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them.

Still won't let me update firmware since I already have the most up-to-date one. I reinstalled LGS for the 4th time and I ran the wheel cleaner software. When I go to MS troubleshoot is says 'Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel USB can't work properly with USB 3.0' it wanted me to plug it into a 2.0 port which I do not have. I am unable to calibrate the wheel in Windows like I was able to before. I have restarted my PC numerous times. I have tried unplugging the power to the wheel and leaving it there and retrying everything.

I have tried plugging only the USB in and not the power, I have tried plugging in the USB then plugging in the power. Windows trouble shoot.
